Your information is used solely to operate and manage your cooperative membership, process transactions, comply with the Co-operative Societies Act No. 20 of 1998, and communicate important updates about your account.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except as required by Zambian law or to comply with orders from the Registrar of Co-operatives.
All member data is stored securely with access restricted to authorised board members and system administrators. Financial transactions are logged and audited.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us in writing. Members may also request their full account statement at any time through the member portal.
